NVQ qualified, originally trained in the military, we are experts in antenna propagation and satellite signal reception. This has been backed up with over 25 years’ experience in the domestic and commercial field.

Pegasus Aerials and Satellites are also members of the Lancashire CC Safe Trader Scheme and the St Helens Trader You Can Trust scheme  These Scheme are operated by local councils to enable you to find a reliable, trustworthy reputable traders for your property repairs.  Businesses registered with these schemes have all demonstrated their commitment to fair and honest trading by signing up to a Code of Practice.  We also agree to work with Trading Standards to resolve any problems in the highly unlikely event of them occurring.

Pegasus Aerials has full indemnity insurance and we are Disclosure and Barring Service (Formally CRB) checked.

No one likes to be waiting in all day for engineers to arrive, that’s why we pride ourselves on being prompt and reliable.  We always strive to be with you in the two-hour time window agreed.   All our work is fully explained along with a tailored explanation of any new remote controls.   A full survey before installations begin is completed.  An explanation of what is required is given and the price confirmed before any work is started.

For your convenience, we can provide most quotations over the phone. There are no hidden costs in any of our quotations.   All installations carry a 3-year guarantee for all non-powered components (one year for these).  Our equipment is sourced from Eurosat and all fixings are galvanised and heavy duty aluminium masts used.
